Project: Employee communications for one of the UK’s biggest banks

Client needed…

Initially the client just needed a few weeks of support to edit and write content for a employee learning portal.

The project developed and our involvement continued for more than 18 months.

Work included…

Our work involved working with many different client stakeholders to develop content about learning. The original content was often uninspiring, unclear and verbose – and in direct contravention of the brand guidelines.

We helped stakeholders to create ~1000 pages of intranet content and then worked closely with them to edit the pages into a consistent tone and style.

Results:

The learning portal has been very well received and has lead to the project being extended. User feedback has also been very positive.
