UNISON needed…

We were originally approached by UNISON because they were redeveloping their website and planning to add new information for their members. UNISON wanted to offer advice on wide-ranging employment issues – from holiday pay to disciplinary matters.

UNISON’s own in-house content team needed support to meet their deadline.

Work included…

UNISON needed more than one hundred pages of original content on a legal matters, so it was important that our content was accurate and consistent in tone and style.

Our work included:

  • Working with a trusted partner to tackle the project
  • Recruiting a team of 6 writers and editors
  • Managing the work of our team to ensure consistency
  • Collaborating with the content team at UNISON to manage the flow of pages.


We managed to assemble a highly capable team in a matter of days. We responded quickly to feedback from UNISON and managed to improve quality with each batch of content.

Despite the tight deadline and complex subject matter we were able to deliver all of the content on time and on budget.
