Project: Content strategy and copywriting for www.britvic.co.uk

Britvic needed…

We were hired to provide new content to coincide with a website refresh. The existing content was out-dated and needed to reflect Britvic’s position as one of the UK’s largest soft drinks manufacturers. We worked closely with their marketing team to provide:

  • a new content strategy
  • a defined voice
  • fresh content for brand pages (including Pepsi, Tango and Robinsons)

Before thinking about words, we considered the various audiences we needed to appeal to, and how we could help them. Our work included:

  • stakeholder interviews
  • an audit of the old website’s content
  • creating a content strategy document
  • writing new content to fit the new website’s design

Results:

  • clear, engaging content
